EXAMPLES OF RECENT PROJECTS

From Tree Reports to complete Tree Surveys and everythng in between, we have been active in providing arborists services for over 30 years. Here are a few examples of recently completed projects.

A client was concerned regarding a very large evergreen tree that was not on his property but was on raised bank of a neighbouring property and was well within the falling distance of the client’s home. A report was compiled detailing the severity of the consequences if and when this tree would fail. This report was presented to the courts and the outcome was favourable to the client; as a result the hazard was removed.

Resolving a Hazardous Tree Issue

Co. Cork

Whilst driving to work a tree impacted on a client’s vehicle causing both damage to the vehicle and personal injury . The client had approached the owner of the tree who was uncooperative about the issue of compensation. A Tree Report / Impact Study was undertaken and presented which with the aid of a solicitor was used in court to vindicate the client who was awarded damages and costs.

A Tree Report, authored by a landscape gardener, was presented to the Planning Authorities to comply with planning regulations for a new house build . Unfortunately the report did not meet with planning the authority’s requirements and planning permission was refused. On reapplication with a Tree Report prepared by ourselves, the planning application was approved.
